DMCA Policy

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send us a DMCA takedown notice with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and phone number
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from our platform more than twice.

Special considerations for AI-generated content:

• AI-generated content may not be subject to copyright protection
• Users are responsible for ensuring their prompts don't infringe copyrights
• We may remove content that closely resembles copyrighted material
• Training data sources are filtered to avoid known copyrighted material

We do not remove content for:

• General ideas, concepts, or methods
• Facts or historical information
• Content in the public domain
• Fair use or fair dealing
• Parody or commentary

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Complex cases may take longer. You will receive confirmation when your notice has been processed.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. We may pursue legal action against those who submit false DMCA notices.
